Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Delivery

Whilst we are releasing new items, our stock will be done on pre orders.  Orders will be completed each week.  Cut off for orders each week is Friday 12pm and dispatch is expected by 10 days later.

We will provide track and trace details as part of shipment.  We are not responsible for delays in courier delivery or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns

For online purchases, notify us by email, [email protected], within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unless faulty.

Butter Wouldn’t Melt Clothing is not responsible for any return postage costs.

Any returns or exchanges which are returned outside of our return period, damaged, will not be fully refunded.

Refunds/Exchanges

Refunds will be available for faulty items.  They will be subject to verifying products on return.  Exchanges will be available on a case by case basis.  As part of consideration all items returned must be in as new condition.
